Jemma Hovhannisyan, a psychologist, provides counselling and psychosocial support within the framework of the Mental Health Awareness Initiative’s “Psychological support for forcibly displaced persons” and “Psychological support for caregivers and family members of people with mental health conditions” projects.

She is a qualified psychologist with a master’s degree and a facilitator certified by the Trauma Healing Institute.

Jemma is advancing her skills in stress management, trauma healing, PTSD, psychological assessment, and clinical psychology.

Mariam Gharibyan

MHAI Volunteer

Mariam Gharibyan, Mental Health Awareness Initiative’s “Psychological support for forcibly displaced persons” and “Psychological support for caregivers and family members of people with mental health conditions” projects’ officer.

She is studying economics, specializing in agricultural production economics and management, and plans to continue her education in the field of management.

Mariam has experience in entrepreneurial activities and management, she is also interested in marketing.

Sofya Sahakyan

Sofya Sahakyan, a psychologist, provides counselling and psychosocial support within the framework of the Mental Health Awareness Initiative’s “Psychological support for forcibly displaced persons” and “Psychological support for caregivers and family members of people with mental health conditions” projects.

She is a qualified psychologist with a bachelor’s degree, currently doing a master’s degree in clinical psychology.

She has experience working with people with special needs and with teenagers and children in the field of inclusive education. Sofya also has experience in providing psychological first aid.

Edita Karapetyan

Edita Karapetyan, a psychologist, provides counselling and psychosocial support within the framework of the Mental Health Awareness Initiative’s “Psychological support for forcibly displaced persons” and “Psychological support for caregivers and family members of people with mental health conditions” projects.

She is a qualified psychologist with a bachelor’s degree, currently doing a master’s degree in social work.

She has experience working with adults and teenagers. Edita is also trained in psychological first aid.

Rafayela Margaryan

Rafayela Margaryan, a psychologist, provides counselling and psychosocial support within the framework of the Mental Health Awareness Initiative’s “Psychological support for forcibly displaced persons” and “Psychological support for caregivers and family members of people with mental health conditions” projects.

She is a qualified psychologist with a bachelor’s degree.

She has experience working with children.
