This May, we are proud to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with a focus on this year’s theme: Community. In a time where connection and collective care are more important than ever, we’re coming together to highlight the role of community in promoting mental wellbeing and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
Our upcoming event will bring people together for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, reflection, and inspiration. Through engaging talks and open dialogue, we aim to foster positive change, raise awareness, and promote accessible mental health care for all.
The event will last approximately three hours, including a Q&A session where participants can engage directly with speakers.
