Meditation: Antidote of Stress

Series of meditation workshops titled “Meditation: Antidote of Stress” by Mental Health Awareness Initiative and Arina Healing Body Soul, Inc.

This project is open to everyone who wishes to reduce stress, establish inner balance, build awareness, and continue rediscovering a better self for the benefit of all.

Our certified meditation teacher in Veda traditions and an Internationally Certified Life Coach, Irene Tananyan, will lead the meditation series.

The classes are held both in English and Russian (link to Facebook event) languages. Thus you can join one of the groups based on your preference.

Please, make sure to register on bit.ly/arina-meditation (link to Google Forms) to get a Zoom invitation via email. The class schedule will be available accordingly.
