What is stress?
Stress is the way our body responds to pressure. This pressure may result from any incident or condition in life, and the resulting reaction may be either physical or emotional. Even good life events like getting a promotion, buying a new house, or having a child can cause stress.

Symptoms of stress
Different people experience stress in different ways. Continued high levels of stress can harm mental and physical health.
Stress symptoms can build up until the person pays attention to them. Here is a list of some typical signs of stress to help you identify when you may be having trouble:
